Miss Dixie made out to Cininnati, Ohio's Hyde Park Bigg's grocery store to help Karen Soellner pass out some muffin samples. "The recipes I made were the banana nut, blueberry, original and spiced muffins," said Miss Dixie. "I used 1/4 cup chopped almonds and one banana for the banana nut and these were blended in the Original Muffin Mix of twelve muffins. For the blueberry muffins I used one 4.4 oz. pack of organic blueberries per twelve muffins. I also blended these into the Original Muffin Mix."

We recently introduced our organic baking mixes at Kentucky Haus Artisan Center in Newport, Ky. Shown in the photo are (right to left) Miss Dixie, Bev Holiday, owner; and Peggie Brunyate, manager. Earlier, Bev and the friendly folks at Kentucky Haus helped us with a taste testing of our new organic offering.
